Phoebe is now back from Taiwan with many new material and a lot of ideas for great dishes!

After many super nice and interesting events we are now having our Winter break until April 25, 2012 

Phoebe is now in Taiwan to find new material for the upcoming events and to visit her family.

We want to say thank you again to all our guests for your support and hope to see you all again in April.

Summer break is over - Next Chinese evening - Oct 07, 19:30 

Canapés
Steamed shrimps, meat balls with asparagus, deep fried lotos rolls, cuttlefish, cucumber with white sesame for starters
Steamed fresh sea bass on sweet soy sauce
Slowly cooked poet's pork with broccoli 
and a special Chinese dessert :) 
Chinese tea (or coffee) to round-up the dinner

Suggested donation: 50 Euro per person

Pan-fried scallops and shrimps with sweet peppers and onion
Poet’s pork with broccoli and mild soysauce
White mu err mushrooms with litchi and sweet almonds

Chinese evening - May 20, 19:30
Chinese canapés and champagne
Hot chicken soup with mu err mushrooms
Pan-fried shrimps with sweet pepper and onions
Cooked beef slices with garlic sauce
Fried rice with egg and XO sauce
Sweet red bean soup with litchi and sweet almonds
Petit four with coffee or tea
