Phoebe studied classical Chinese art and worked in the advertising business before she opened her famous French restaurant “Louis XIV” in Taipei in 1996.
In the following years she travelled regularly to France to learn the art of French cuisine from the best chefs. She is committed to use only the best and freshest ingredients and despises artificial flavors. She loves to surprise her guests with new creations and variations of traditional dishes.
Phoebe came to Berlin together with her family in 2009, and has since loved this city for its vibrant and international culture and cuisine.
Phoebe has also published books about French cuisine and French life. She is currently working on a book about Berlin.
